胃腸道功能
食物成分在胃腸道內的消化分解需要依靠胰腺、胃腸腺分泌的水解酶，肝臟分泌的膽汁以及腸菌酶等的酶促反應參與。食物消化與吸收是一個十分復雜的過程，涉及到胃腸道的外分泌和內分泌、胃腸道的運動、神經體液的調節、血液及淋巴循環以及它們之間的相互聯系和密切配合，任何一個環節遭到破壞菌均可引起胃腸道疾病。
